WHAT TO EXPECT

Upon a 50% deposit I will book your project in to my schedule and inform you of the commencement date, usually within 4 weeks. The design process usually takes between 1-5 weeks depending on many revisions and feedback times. For the quickest completion please ensure all text files you provide me are final edits, and any supplied images are high resolution.

What if I am unsure about the services that I need?

Let’s jump on a call! Even if you’re not sure what you need or don’t understand our services completely, I’m always happy to walk you through our offerings and brainstorm how I can help you in your business.

How long do projects take to complete?

Every project is different. From your project start date, we usually will be looking at 2-8 weeks depending on the project scope and final deliverables.

What do your payment plans look like?

50% of your project total is due upfront before I begin the design process. The remaining payments are due in 1-2 installments throughout the duration of the project. All payments are due in full before the final files are delivered.

What is the process for each project?

My projects consist of 6 phases. Initial Consult • Presenting your Ideas • Quotation & Deposit • The Design Process Begins • Review & Approve your mockup • Sign-off, Production & Collection/Delivery. Throughout the project, I will provide updates on my progress, and ask you any questions I may have. I am very communicative and want you to feel up-to-date every step of the way!

Do I need to book in my project ahead of time?

Yes! I work according to a project schedule, so booking with me ahead of time is always recommended. You can book as early as 2 months out. 50% of the project total is required to lock in your start date.

Do you work with lower budgets?

Stage 1.

Initial Consutation

During the consultation, all your specific requirements will be discussed and guidance will be given as to the process. You are welcome to present your ideas and bring along any pictures or mood-boards that inspire you! A consultation fee of $150 is applicable, which will be refunded to you when you decide to continue with us.

Stage 2.

Presenting your Ideas

For Logos and Branding, a Pinterest Board collection or a selection of images similar to what you are looking for in your own branding will suffice. This will help me to understand your your unique style preferences.

Based on my own interpretation and research, you will be given a couple of design suggestions to start the design process.

Stage 3.

Quotation & Deposit

A Detailed quotation will be set up according to the consultation discussion and sent to you within 7 working days.. Please view our COSTING GUIDE for any queries and to help plan your budget.

A 50% deposit will be required before the design process commences. Please email your proof of payment to us, and remember to supply your name as reference when your payment is made.

Stage 4.

The Design Process begins.

Now we will email you great ideas and GUIDELINE MANUALS with wording options, patterns and font selections, of which you can combine and create a look that suits your unique preferences.

Stage 5.

Review & Approve your Mockup

Once we have interpreted your design request, we will send you a digital proof via email. You will then have the opportunity to proof your design and provide us with your first set of changes. The changes are then revised and an amended version is emailed to you for your approval. Your first set of changes is free of charge. Thereafter, every set of amendments will be charged at $375 per set.

Kindly note : once the digital mock-ups have been approved and signed off, we can not be held responsible for any errors. It is up to you to proof ~ read and check spelling & grammar!

Stage 5.

Sign-off & Print Production & Collection

Once the digital mock-up has been approved & signed off, a physical mock will be provided. For Wedding Invitations, your digital mockup or photographs can be emailed to you or your mock up can be signed off at our studio.

After the digital mock is approved and signed off, we will order paper and other materials for the production process to commence. We will complete work within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your approved artwork. The outstanding balance is be due on collection of your design or before you arrange collection / or we arrange a courier
